How do I return an item?

It is easy to return an item, whether the customer changes their mind, an item is damaged, or any other reason. It does not cost you or the customer anything to do this. Here are the instructions on how to return an item.

How do I order catalogues?

If you want to order some extra catalogues, or new catalogues, it is very simple. You just add them to your next order for customers goods. Each catalogue will have it’s own order code. You can find the order codes by going to the DSA (https://dsa.kleeneze.co.uk/home/) Then in the menu options, select RETAIL, then select CURRENT CATALOGUES. There is a list of the catalogues, and the order codes.

When will my order arrive?

When you have placed an order, it should arrive in about 48 hours. Click here to see how to track your order on the Parcelforce website.

Can I order Carrier Bags?

Yes, there are lots of different Sales Aids that you can order, like Carrier Bags, . Log in to your account, then select DSA, then select the menu option “Sales Aids”. You just find the item you want, check the order code, then add it to your next order.
