Success is not measured in the money you earn, but in the person you become

Hi guys – if you really want to make a success from your Kleeneze business, I recommend you read, read, and read.

You may also consider listen, listen, listen, as many of these books are available on audio CDs so you can lkisten in your car or on your mp3 player.

So to get you started, here’s a great audio of a training session given by Chris Mason-Paull at Millionaire’s College, December 2012:

Next, here is my recommended list of books to get you started…

Making the Shift by Darren Hardy – This is actually an audio cd – great for listening to in the car! Darren explains how you need to “make the shift” in thinking differently when you are running your own home-based business, compared to a job working for someone else. A great way to start your Personal Development.

The 45-second Presentation by Don Failla – ever wondered what Network Marketing or Multi-Level marketing is all about? This short book describes it really well – lots of pictures, easy to ready in 1 or 2 sessions, and will open your eyes to this industry.

How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie – one of my favourites.

This classic will add value to your whole life – principles about how to make a great first impression, how to get people to like you, how to listen to people, and understand what they want or need.

Kleeneze is a people business, from building customer loyalty, to building, supporting, coaching and leading a strong team, this book is invaluable.

The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson

Success in your life, your health, your relationships, your finances, and your Kleeneze Business is not determined by the huge decisions you make at critical points in your life, but about the tiny decisions you make every day. A great Philosophy that will help you building a loyal customer base, and a strong team.

Building Your Network Marketing Business by Jim Rohn – another audio CD, containing fantastic philosophies by a master story-teller, on how to think when you are sponsoring and recruiting team members. I love listening to Jim, he reminds me of a wise and friendly grandfather. I listen to this over and over again.

7 Strategies for Wealth and Happiness by Jim Rohn.

This short book provides Jim’s great philophies for building a happy life – my favourite strategy is about Goal- setting, but you will find your own favourite.

Personality Plus by Florence Littauer – we all know different kinds of people in our life –

  • The party animal, extrovert, chatty
  • The Analyst, introverted, deep thinker
  • The organised, action taker
  • The shy, easy-going watcher

Personality Plus explains how different types of people work in different ways, and how to work best with them.

Essential reading if you want to sponsor and team-build.

If you get to the bottom of the list and you want more – Congratulations – you are going to go places! Just let me know, or visit the BIDS stall or “Knowledge is King” stall at any Kleeneze event.
